Not a place to shop!

Like many other pople one here, I was drawn by the competitive price and I ordered my product on the 27 of November 2020. None of the two shipment dates provided were met. The customer service (or rather the complete lack thereof) is certainly not their strength. After almost two months of wait, email correspondence and numerous frustrating online chats, I have canceled my order. It remains to be seen if they have at least the decency to refund me. In conclusion, I would NOT recommend this online store to anyone as it seems to a great extend like a lottery if you receive your ordered any paid gods.
