Non existant services

I've placed and order online on the 9-12-2020 and received delivery confirmation for the 22-12-2020 which was great asit was an order for Christmas presents for my two sons. Till today I have received nothing and when I track my order the stats is still "processing". I have however aquired the items from another source and received it already. When contacting Mr Shopper you get placed in a queue nr 6 then your nr 5 etc when the call gets transferred eventually you get voicemail saying "the person you trying to reah is not available" and must leave a message which I have done, but no respose. I also phoned their office in midrand and get a message that the mailbox is full I must try again later. I tried the online chatbot which shows "online" was asked to identify myself and from there no further chats.....I think its absolutely unacceptable as the products has alresy been paid for and sevice is non exiting. I now requested a cancellation and refund by sending emails to all available email addrsses proided on their website....."orders", "info", "chatbot". I have had absolutely no response from any of them. I have received one auto resonse saying they will deal with my querry within 8 business hours. which was more than 4 days ago. All I want now is a refund ASAP and Im not sure if this will happen which makes this theft. Wont recommend Mr Shopper to anyone.
