Non delivery of the order
I bought a washing machine from Mr Shopper 22 Oct, I was told delivery date is 28 Oct which didn't happen. I emailed on the 30th Oct,no feed back. I called on 2 Nov they apologized & said by 5 Nov my order will be delivered.
Till this day I have not received my washing machine, this was an urgent need. I just want my refund not excuses
