Non delivery of goods purchased 2 and a half months ago

I bought a washing machine and anandroid tv from Mr Shopper on the 28th of November 2020, paid and sent POP on the same day. After numerous failed attempts of getting hold of them on the number provided on their website, I finally got a number on google maps that worked. My washing machine only came on the 11th of January at 8pm after numerous calls made to Mr Shopper, my complaint was now escalated to Eddie. Ive been dealing, two guys who are definitely useless as they could never assist with anything, they even often refused to escalate my complaint to a manager. My query was then eventually escalated to Eddie who is one of the executives - thats how i got the machine.This guy is rediculous. I call him at least 30 times a day with no answer yet he always finds the time to view my whatsapp statuses-i have sent him a message complaining about this on the 22nd of January but it still hasnt stopped, he still views my whatsapp statuses.. Eddie promised that i would receive my tv on the 19th of January but that never happened and he kept on avoiding my calls and messages. On the 27th of January i sent Eddie a message requesting that he finds a place where i can get the tv and refunds me that money plus petrol/delivery compensation since they had stock issues and he failed to get back to me. Two and a half months later and i dont how how much spent on calls, i still do not have my tv. I managed to get hold of Eddie last week (3 February) and he promised me delivery on Saturday(6th February) , this being his second failed promise. I sent him a text on saturday asking what time i should expect my delivery and he did not respond! whats new? I still do not have a tv that i paid in full, two and a half months ago. I have been calling Eddie leaving him at least 30 missed calls daily this week but still no answer nor call backs, instead he views my whatsapp statuses?!

Mr Shopper service is **********. No sense of customer service, this is theft/*****!
