NO SERVICE RECEIVED - SUPPORT NON EXISTENT

I ordered an Epson printer from Mr. Shopper on 2 December 2020. The delivery date was scheduled for 16 December 2020. When nothing arrived and no communication about it being delivered at a later stage a spent my whole day phoning their support which is by the way non existent. Eventually after 5 emails sent to support and trying 15 times to get through by telephone my call was eventually answered. Promises was made that delivery would take place on 19 January 2021. It was no surprise when nothing arrived, worst service ever received and still no printer.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!! DO NOT SHOP AT MR. *******!
