No service, no goods received, close them down!

The worst online shopping experience and **********. Ordered on the 11th December 2020 (#44200), delivery date was the 24th of December and as of the 4th January 2021, nothing has been received. They should be shut down, you cant get hold of them, and their chat bot is as useless as their customer service. To-date still no reply, and by the looks of things many others haven't either.
