NO RESPONSES! ORDER NOT RECEIVED

Placed an order over a month ago for a cellphone and other items. Tried callig approx 20 times for feedback as delivery date was surpassed; no answer and NO RESPONSE to multiple emails.

Now ... how to get my refund?
