NO RESPONSE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I have left countless emails, I have sent what app msgs, I have phoned no response the phone ring s and goes to voicemail. I want my money back. I even went to their so called warehouse in Midrand, no sign of Mr shopper. Theirs no option to cancel the order any were on their website
