NO RESPONSE

Have placed an order on the 28th of November and the delivery date was scheduled for the 08th of December. When I try to track the order, it show that it is canceled. I have tried calling for the last 7 days and when I get to caller number 1 in line, I get cut off because the agent is not available. I also send an email on the site inquiring whether the product will be delivered, no feedback. I also submit a dispute for a chargeback at my bank, I want a refund and can’t get in contact with Mr. Shopper. Order number #42668
