No reply from Mr Shopper, still waiting for my delivery!!! The worst Company and I dont recommend it to anyone.

I have placed an order on 23 November 2020. I sent proof of payment and tried to contact them on WhatsApp, I got a reply and was told that I will get my order on the 2nd of December. I am still waiting for at least a reply. I have been trying to get ahold of them so that they can explain why my order #41325 is not delivered yet. This was supposed to be a birthday gift to someone and already cleared my day yesterday for a delivery. No one is picking up the call or replying to my messages. I need a reply at least to know what happened to my order, I am willing to wait if there is a delay, but the fact that no one is communicating is really frustrating, I need a refund. This is so frustrating. I will never use this again.

I see that other people get their orders but what happened to mine?
