No one to contact and poor customer service

Hi, please can you tell when will my delivery take place, delivery date was on the 12th December, however today is the 14th and still nothing???

Cannot even track my order, payment was taken from my account.

On Thursday the 10th December I called and they confirmed I should receive delivery by the 11th or 12th December and still nothing.

I call the call centre, I wait in the queue on the line and then goes to voice mail, your service is pathetic. Order number 42835, on the website I cannot even track this order.

Based on all the complaints noted on Facebook and Hello Peter, I would like my order canceled and a full refund given immediately.
