NO GOODS. NO REFUND

Mr Shopper allowed me to make an on online order with all items written 'in stock' on October 30th. Delivery was made 23rd November only. 15 items were missing. I didnt even receive correspondence as to why I had not received the items.

I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED as of 25th November and noone answers. These people are disgusting!
