No fridge delivery since 30th November

I ordered a fridge on the 30 November to date it has not been delivered. I have used the live chat, phone calls( that are never answered just dropped). Emails since December I keep getting the same automated message promising they will contact me in 8 hours. I have sent my 3rd email as I do so once a week. To date my issue has not been resolved. All I want is a response from them to tell me what's happening. I tried to get a reversal via my bank but unfortunately Mr Shopper has blocked that. Can you refund me my money please if you cant deliver the fridge.
