NO DELVERY for over a month, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING

I placed an order for a mobile phone on 10 Sep 2020. The website showed the phone is in stock and after payment the system advised delivery will be on 16 Sep 2020. On 15 Sep I used the chatbox on their website to confirm the order will arrive on the 16th as I was concerned the status still showed "processing", Letishia from Mr Shopper confirmed that I would be receiving the order on the 16th. On the 16 Sep I stayed at home the entire day to wait for the order however it did not arrive. Upon contacting Mr Shopper they advised they will investigate. On the 17th I received a call stating the mobile phone was on pre-order and has still not arrived in SA and I have to wait a further 2 weeks. Absolutely terrible service and false advertising! It is now 07 October, still no delivery and I also requested a refund over a week ago and no refund has been processed to date.

I have no idea what to do.

Rather pay more and stick with trusted suppliers like takealot etc
