No deliveryyno refun Mr Sjopper is a ****

I ordered online in November 2020 and paid , but no delivery, I was promised Refund by the 15 March but nothing. their lines are not working and no one responds to emails. I went to check address it doesn't exist . Mr shopper is a ****!!!!!!!11 /i have reported them to Ombudsman and SAPS
