No delivery,,no returning of calls.

I placed an order on the 27th December 2020 and never received my shipment that was scheduled to be delivered on the 8th January 2021.

I called today 3 times,(first time i had to wait from being seventh in line till my turn then the call dropped).

The other two calls i spoke to two different ladies whom both promised to call me back with feedback on my order, however neither called.

Please let me know whats the delay with my order and when can I expect delivery?
