No delivery since 27 December 2020!!

I ordered 30 bags of lawn dressing on MrShopper on the 27th December 2020.They scheduled delivery for the 8th of January 2021.It never arrived and on many attempts to follow up through the call centre they informed me that my delivery will be moved to the 18th January.This never happened either.On another follow up spree I was promised that on the 28th January I will definitely get my order and this also didn't happen.After getting a call from a friendly black gentleman whom promised to personally take care of my order and promised to delivery by the 6th of February I was beyond convinced this company should not exist as the order once again didn't happen.I have requested via their “chat” option for a immediate refund.Lets see if this is something they can manage to get done.
