No delivery - ****?
What a disappointment. Is this web company a ****? I placed and paid for an order on 29 November (#42874). The weblink advised that the company was busy and that delivery was expected on 9 December. So far nothing - and a Christmas gift lost! What a ****. I will never ever use this company again. I think I have been de*****ed

23 Dec 2020, 14:14Ok, I’ve been notified that payment was not effected - hence no delivery. But, there was no response whatsoever to six email requests for assistance from the company from 10 December. Exceptionally poor service in that regard
