No delivery, no communication, no service - DON'T BUY FROM THEM
Can't complain about service here as it doesn't exist!
I've placed an order on 26/11/2020, delivery was scheduled for 08/12/2020. Someone from Mr Shopper tried calling me twice, the first time I could hear her and she couldn't hear me. She phoned me back again and we experienced the same problem. After that I have tried calling them non stop trying to get through, but absolutely no luck.
I eventually got to their call centre or something today, was waiting on the line and starting up at number 6 in the cue, eventually when it got to me it said the person at that extension is unavailable.
I then tried their online chat option, no one responded but yet it shows online!
I am getting extremely annoyed with this company, they are quick to take payment and after that just nothing.
PLEASE DON'T EVER BUT EVER BUY FROM THEM - YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I've been trying to call and once again the same as my previous review, start of as number 6 in the cue and when it was finally my turn I got voice message saying the operator is unavailable.
I've tried the chats again, the most I got out of that was "Hi there, what's your order number?". I responded and gave them the order number and then they went silent and no further response. This morning I noticed they have deleted my chats which previously stayed on when I logged into my account.
I've sent an email to them, also no response.
This morning I logged in and I changed the delivery address to 14 Jan and hopefully my order will raise some alarm by them after doing so, but I honestly doubt it.
It is quite clear that this company is a **** as I've been looking at the Google reviews etc and 99% of consumers are experiencing exactly the same as I am.
I will be giving them a last chance today, if I hear nothing I will be opening a case of theft and ***** against them and then I will report them to the consumer ombudsman as I feel strongly that such a company shouldn't even exist.
I will advise other consumers experiencing the same problems as I am to take the same steps.
I am fed-up with this company, I want my money back asap!!!!
