No delivery Mr Shopper
I purchased a fridge on the 3rd of November and was told delivery would be on the 9th of November. Today its the 17th of December and still no fridge. The courier who is supposedly supposed to deliver my parcel keeps saying tomorrow since Thursday last week. Mr Shopper should have at least arranged an alternative. Their reps keep saying i will make sure tomorrow. Truly this is the worst shopping experience i have had abd would not recommend this shop to anyone. Not sure if this Mr Shopper is not a *******.

18 Nov 2020, 11:03Today I tried to call Mr Shopper again for my order and I was told no one could help me because they were all in a meeting. No one bothered to call me back after the meeting . I even asked to be transferred to the refunds department if the sales were unavailable but still all were unavailable. I think I should now just take legal action
