No Delivery and TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am a VERY FRUSTRATED customer. I ordered a sun lounger in December. My delivery kept getting pushed out. This happened 3 times. I was promised that my order would arrive on the 20th Jan as per new date and it has not. .I cannot get ahold of ANYONE on the customer care line. The online chat bot says she will get back to you but leaves you waiting for an hour + and NEVER provides any feedback. I've spoken to her around 4 times with the same result. I've asked for a manager to contact me but no one gets back to meI eventually said I wanted a refund and my order cancelled and was asked to email my banking details through and SHOCKER, received NO RESPONSE! This company's operations are appalling, I will be taking this further as this is now theft.
