No delivery

This business is not professional. I am still waiting for my washing machine(Hisence 18kg) which I paid for on the 01.11.2020. They sent me an email of the 18.11.2020 to inform me that pelicanexpress will be handling my delivery and still did not get any joy at that front. I have sent email, called and the was no response. Now I only need my refund of 7 029.01 that I have paid since I have not received my product.

If the any help that I can have in this regard. I would really appreciate it.
