No Customer Service - No Delivery Of Goods

Disappointing service no delivery - order placed on the 29/11/2020 and nothing delivered as yet Delivery indicated that item will be delivered in Dec already and no response as yet. Called them, emailed them, tried chat service on web and WhatsApp - no answer from them. Please advise when order no. 42829 will arrive? Hoping to get some sort of response.
