No customer service. Don’t use.

Order 42667 meant to arrive last week; now status says cancelled (not by me). No one answers phone after being on hold many many times and no one replies to the online chat service on the website. So, my order is cancelled, no goods have been delivered but MrShopper still has my money. Terrible service. Will be pursuing with my bank.
