No Customer service

This is the first time I have bought from Mr Shopper, I dont understand why no one comes back to me. I placed an order on 26th November, it was meant to be delivered on the 5th December the day I chose. But then Mr shopper changes it to the 9th, I had to make arrangements. Then 9th comes around no fridge gets delivered, so now I have been trying to call, I have emailed, tried their whatsapp line, tried the facebook. I am just praying for a response, because I did not get the money easily to pay for the Fridge, and still going through rough times because I paid for it. I dont know if I will receive my Fridge and it is really concerning.
