No communication, worse customer service!

All I simply wanted to do was to find out what the shipping charge would be for an item I am interested in purchasing. After leaving a message with their online chat function I received a response hours later that informed me that shipping is calculated at checkout. I proceeded to checkout, short of making the payment, only to find that I have placed an order. I find this to be an extremely ***** practice. I then tried to contact their customer support hotline and was put on hold for a long time. I had questions regarding making a purchase on your site. When my call was eventually answered I was put through to “the relevant” department and ended at a voice mail.

There is absolutely no communication and customer service!

No matter how inexpensive an item is with them, I will not buy from them due to this bad experience
