No communication and bad service

I placed an order for a front loader washing machine on the 2nd November 2020, they money was deducted from my bank account on the 4th and I requested delivery on the 12th... after not being able to get through to you and the courier eventually ignoring my calls I am still waiting. I have subsequently lodged a complaint with ICASA and CGSO in hopes of a refund. I will take this further to the authorities as I have not gotten any feedback after numerous attempts to call and promises from the courier that the delivery will be the next day.
