No christmas gift for my child due to MR. SHOPPER

I posted about my experience with Mr shopper thinking that someone would call me back to assist me. Well up to date i have to call them every day. I asked for a refund because they advised me they don't know when they would receive stock. I bought a Playstation from them for my babyboy as a Christmas gift. My child did not get this as MR Shopper lies to people. I called them and they advised they don't know when shipment will be arriving i ordered this in November 2020. I then asked for a refund in January 2021 and still nothing. I can't afford to just let 5000 go its alot of money and i didn't get my child his Christmas present as yet because I'm waiting for MR Shopper to refund me. Its really upsetting we work hard for our kids and now it makes me feel so bad i promised him a present and due to this terrible experience with Mr shopper i cant make my kid happy...
