No Christmas gift delivered

This has to be the worst shopping experience I have ever had. My order is "processing" and never changes. Delivery is late and its for my grandsons Christmas. Call them and hold on till your get to your turn and nobody answers, I have tried this many many times and the same each time. I have sent emails with no reply. Chat online say let me check on your order and then completely ignore you after that. Still have no Christmas gift for my grandson and order 43747 was placed on 7th December . Shocking!!!!
