Nightmare with mr shopper

My husband purchased a ps4 from Mr shopper on 25 November 2020. We were due to receive the purchase on 30 December 2020. To date we haven't received the order. After numerous emails n phone calls[costing us time n money] we requested a refund in January 2021 n still waiting. Call center agents always have different stories about "internal disputes" or "seized accounts" etc. We certainly didn't pay for all the drama. Extremely horrible online shopping experience with mr shopper.
