Nightmare experience Mr Shopper

Nightmarish online shopping experience ever!! Ordered and paid for my items on the 31st of October, didn't receive goods. My calls are put on voicemail and emails ignored. Finally get through to someone and request a refund. Still haven't received it! Hoax Site. I have a right to my refund...pathetic customer service
