Never order through Mr Shopper!

We ordered a Christmas gift for our daughter on 5 December 2020. The delivery date was 19 December. We were then promised to receive it on 16 January 2021, and again on 23 or 24 January 2021. Since then we have been trying to get in contact with Mr Shopper via mail and telephonically, to no avail. One receives an automatic answer from their mailing list, saying they will be in contact within 8 hours - obviously no reply after 8 hours and numerous mails from our side. When trying to contact them telephonically, an answering machine tells you that you are caller number 4 or 3 or 2 or 1 in line, then suddenly the following message: The person you are trying to get hold of is currently unavailable... We have asked for a refund as well, as the website says that the will gladly refund if the waiting period is too long. We are still waiting for our parcel.
