Never, ever buy from Mr. shopper!

Made an online purchase on 26 November 2020 to the value of R9 000.00. Never delivered. Have to phone online center, get inline,, when you're no. 1 you get disconnected. Managed to speak to Nomsa, Brian, Archie and Liza when you do get through. Emty promises!!! I believe they take your money and only then do they place an order for items sold. Wrote to consumer board with no avail. What is the next step, Mike Bolhuis?! How can we stop this business acting illigally?
