Never buy anything via Mr Shopper

Forced to give it one star because zero stars is not an option. Ordered and paid for a washing machine early in December. No further communication. Order shows as "being processed". Several emails and many hours on hold (usually for the call to be dropped) and I eventually got to leave a message. No response to that either. Finally spoke to someone and cancelled the order. That was maybe three or four weeks ago. Still no refund, and obviously no washing machine. Will take further action if refund not processed by the end of the month (being reasonable even though I shouldn't be).
