Never again!

My question.... Why is it that Mr Shopper no longer replies on hello Peter reviews? Why don't u answer calls..... Whatsapps.... Email.... I'm so frustrated, I ordered 2 tv's last October.... After many endless calls messages and endless battles we received tv's mid December. However one TV was clearly not brand new and did not have the matching TV remote. Now...to try and get Mr Shopper to send correct remote and answer why the one TV looks used..... I'm not impressed! My Shopper I am sure u know who I am after all my complaints.... But how's about replying and acknowledging your reviews on hello Peter.... I would be embarrassed!
