Never again

After getting no joy with my undelivered Christmas order 43747 ordered 7th December for my grandchild I posted a message on here. I then got a call to apologize and to say that my order would be delivered on Christmas eve. I waited and and tried to contact them on line and by email once again with no response at all and so had to go out at the last minute to buy my grandson another gift. This experience has put me off online shopping and had disappointed myself and my family. I am now waiting to see if they will refund my money, I will let you know.
