My order was the wrong colour

I bought silicone rings from them a while ago and the order went smoothly and they were delivered on time which was great but they sent the wrong color ring. It is obviously used as a piece of "jewelry" and the color was important to me. I didn't return it as I needed it before a certain date and only used the colored ring they chose for me.
