My experience

Honestly, what a company. My experience has been somewhat frustrating. I ordered 23 Nov. They gave me tracking info that just said it had been dispatched. I didn’t receive any further info to suggest I would get the device. So on 12, 14 15 &17 Dec I emailed, also raised their so called ticket (which I believe is completely **** as it disappears without trace when you log out). I didn’t get a response from any of my contact, not even an acknowledgment, nada, nil. I was furious and thought I’d been ****med and many of the reviews suggest this (should have read them first). As I payed by PayFast I raised an issue with them and escalated it to a claim for refund. Today by sheer amazement the order arrived. First thing I did was unwrap, logged the serial number and checked on the devices official website to see if it was genuine. Thank the lord it is. I cancelled my Payfast claim then set about this lengthy review. Pros - yes they are the cheapest around, Yes it’s genuine. Cons - non existent customer service, length of time it took to arrive.
