MR.Shopper *****ing our money
We had ordered a TV on the 8th of December 2020 and was promised delivery on the 21st of December 2020, with both the TV and Delivery fee paid totalling to R6300, a hefty amount.
The 21st of December passed and so did weeks after and still no TV at all was delivered to my given address. I call them for queries in the call center to which they never answered and had to try for 3 days straight to get hold of a single representative. A new invoice was emailed to me stating the new arrival date for the TV being 22 January 2021. The day came, no TV still.
We call again, a rep promises by the end of January, month end comes, still no TV is delivered to me nor are my emails answered to anxious calls.
The entire month of February passes and still no TV was delivered to me to which I decided to demand a refund in the first week of March. I was told to wait 10 days and had given all my banking details as well, all the resources needed to make a payment. 10 days after that call promising my refund passes and still not a single payment deposited into my account.
I call again today regarding my refund and am told to wait yet another 10 days. This is considered theft at this point and I will be taking legal action agaisnt Mr. SHOPPER by taking you to court for ***** and Theft.
If I am not reimbursed with my rightful refund immediately, I will be visiting the premisis in midrand along with police as this is considered a crime.
