Ordered XBOX Controller, on Thursday 19'th.This morning early the 23'rd they ohoned and said order is on route, tried phoning them all day for my track8ng number no answer, tried rheir online chat.. they cantgive me tracking number of pelican express.. Openi g a case of theftwith police and will postthis on every social mediasiteI know.. stay away from these *****. Stillwaitingand willfight untilI receive my good or a fullrefund.

23 Nov 2020, 17:03Hi Daniel, we apologise for inconvenience caused. The order is supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of November and it has been collected by courier. This is the normal delivery turn around time and it is still the 23/11. As discussed with one of our support agent we have fully refunded you. We are sorry for the experience encountered.

23 Nov 2020, 17:16Thanks, but you are ***** as you could not present a tracking number, so you tell all your customers delivery on its way but then when they ask for the courier tracking number from pelican you cant produce. Truth is if you dont have stock dont sell it, its false advertising. Simple Mr Shopper is out of their league.. advertise items falsely and cant deliver, please read the comments on your facebook page.. 99% of people have the same complaint.
Thanks for my refund, waisting my time and harming your own reputation. However MR Shopper should be taken to the media and made aware of their poor service and false advertising. Phones dont get answered, emails are not responded on and online chats when asking about order status or delivery progress gets ignored.
