Mrshopper bad service or ****?

I order a washing mashine on the 2 Desember 2020. the delivery date was suppose to be 14 December2020. I called to follow up on my order nobody answers the phone lines, there live chat not sure if they know they have to reply not just put the computer onto live chat. they say that you can cancel at anytime. but guess what you cant get hold of them. they don't reply to mails live chat facebook or whatsapp
