MR.Shopper and Pelican Express service failure

Worse experience ever. Online Fridge/Freezer bought on black Friday special from Mr. Shopper. Delivery date was suppose to have been on the 9 December. I did not receive my order on the stipulated date. Called the call center with no answer, send a whatsApp message with no response, eventually had to drive to the warehouse and was given a contact namely who kept on promising delivery. They use a company called Pelican express to do their deliveries. My order was eventually delivered on Friday night 9pm. My fridge/freezer was loaded onto its side and the two drivers seemed like they spend the afternoon in the pub. They did not have the necessary equipment to off load and eventually after lots of arguing I got them to bring my order into my house. They left it in the middle of my kitchen without assisting me to unpack and move it. They ran out leaving the box in the middle of my driveway.

DO NO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MR.SHOPPER
