MrShopper - a **** or just plain bad management?

I placed and paid for order #44137 on 10 December 2020 and was promised delivery on 23 December 2020. The order did not arrive and after calling and eventually having someone answer the call, was advised that the supplies had not been received from Cape Town but that I would receive it on 30 December 2020. Needless to say, I am still waiting for delivery. Many calls and ChatBot messages made have gone unanswered. It amazes me that so much has obviously been invested in an online business (website, order system, automated reply system) yet nothing is in place to provide and manage customer service. I have requested a refund - but once again no response. I have also tried to identify the owners but to no avail - I thought that they may be interested in knowing how poorly the business is being rated. They probably already know this. Shocking to say the least. Given the sheer number of extremely poor reviews and my own experience, I am fully expecting to see a liquidation notice. Surely no business can survive this?
