We purchased 2 items from the online store on the 3rd of December 2020. Delivery was to take place on the 16th of December ND then postponed to the 18th of December. We received no notice of any delay further to this. No one answers emails or phone calls. After finally getting through via an online chat they informed us that the Delivery would take place on the 3rd of February which is 2 months after payment. We received further notice on the 3rd that Delivery was now taking place 9days later (12 February 2021). They take your money no problem and earn interest on it and no compensation to us for the interest earned and we have still not received our products and no one communicates on their side. I advise all to use other services and not Mr Shopper as you will get excuses from them (if that) and no product
