Mr Shopper your attitude to customers is Disgusting

I complained earlier about mr shopper not replying to my emails namely korabo. After the complaint Leander contacted me and said that she would look into the matter and get back to me. Guess what after sending her emails to remind her ,she does not answer me. Is this how mr shopper operates!!!!
