Mr Shopper - Worst service recieved from an online retailer ever

he worst service from an online retailer that I have received ever!! After placing my order, they promised to deliver within 10 days, after the 10 days I battled to get hold of them, eventually after I got hold of them they had the excuse of they can't find a courier service to deliver the item. I then again after numerous phone calls arraigned with them to pick up my item myself. Drove to their premises form Mpumalanga to Gauteng only to find out the item is not at their premises. Phoning them again, they said they'll deliver to a different address in Gauteng the same day. I waited for 5 more hours, trying to phone them as they just don't respond to calls.

IN SHORT, STICK TO THE REPUTABLE KNOWN ONLINE RETIALERS< ITS NOT WORHT IT USING MR SHOPPER.
