Mr Shopper WORST service in history!

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced!! We ordered 5 desks for our office as they were damaged due to a flood in our offices and it has been almost 5 months and we have only received 2 of the 5 desks ordered. We kept getting excuse after excuse about damaged stock and still do not have the remaining desks. We have asked for a refund for them and have not received that either! We are now opening up a case of theft. Absolutely disgraceful....
