Mr Shopper- Worst service ever!!!!

Placed an order on 7th November for a birthday gift for my daughter in December. Received a message that order will be delivered after 12th November. Never happened. Phone customer care about 7 times and was on hold for up to half an hour and then just cut off, no reply. Send about 20 emails and never any reply. Then got hold of a guy working there, spoke to him about 5 times, then he rep**** that my order to Western Cape was recalled from the courier, but sold to someone else, so now they do not have any stock available. Today it will be due date for new stock to arrive, and after 5 calls during the last week and promises that he will confirm stock and send this with a another courier, still no feedback. Today it is the 17th December I needed this order early December when we had a birthday,. I cannot get hold of anyone, to request a refund (will I ever receive my money back?????) Is there anywhere that you can go to get help that they can do something to Mr Shopper, this is really unexceptable!!!!!!
