Mr Shopper worst place to shop at, DONT

Please do not buy from Mr Shopper , I purchased a pool 2 Jan 2021 and it was suppose to be delivered by the 12 Jan 2021, it did not arrive, after emails and emails a Brian Mawela from customer service calls me and offers a refund as they did not even have stock, he told me it will take 2 to 5 working days to reflect in my account, today is day 6, they avoiding me , no replies to my email, phone calls don't get answerd, mr shopper site should be taken down as they only take your money, that was my last money I used to buy my kids a pool to keep them entertained, and now I can't even buy it somewhere else as they not refunding me.
