Mr Shopper worst place to buy anything

Terrible experience, Ive ordered a playstation 4 on the 11 October was suppose to be delivered on 2 November 2020. Apparently they use Pelican express, its now 7 days later, and every time a phone, and actually get somebody on the phone, they say definately next day. Its the worst customer service ever, Do not buy anything from Mr Shopper, rather pay more. Am dreading to cancel this order, cause I can just imagine the lies I will be told then
